Field Survey

Crews shoot from a phone, the fix is read from the file, everything is held on the device and sent when there is signal

Send this to the crew. It opens one capture screen on a phone — no menu, no dashboard, no financial figures to tap into by accident.

…

— Scan the QR, or type the link — the route is just /f, short enough to remember.
— On a phone, use “Add to Home Screen” for an app-like icon.
— Works with no signal; photos stay on the device until send is pressed.

The link itself is not locked — anyone holding it can open the capture screen. What is locked is the upload code needed to send, and the review code needed to read everything back. Give crews the upload code only.

Photos stay on this device and leave only when you press send. A phone's GPS works with no mobile signal at all — it comes from the satellites.
